Will Despicable Me get by Twilight

With Twilight past the 200 million mark will a crop of new films take over the top spot at the box office.
Despicable Me is the leading movie coming into this weekend and with only one more movie releasing in wide release (Predators) their is a good shot it will be number one movie.
My prediction for this weekend:
1. Despicable Me
2. Twilight
3. Toy Story
4. The Last Airbender
5. Predators
6. Grown Ups
7. Karate Kid
8. Kinght & Day
9. The A Team
10. Get him to the Greek
