New writer intro...

Hi there, I'm Mickey and I'm the new writer for filmsrock.com
I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this at the moment. I was keeping a blog on literature, was given a domain and it turned out to be this one and it doesn't really fit with the name and the previous posts. So I suppose I'm going to attempt to write a film blog. Right.
It's going to be a bit of a mixed bag. Because, I'm a student. I love going to the movies, but it doesn't happen very often these days. More often than not, the price of DVDs means I spend more money buying films than going to see them. So for that reason, I'll try and review things as I see them, DVD or cinema wise. I also my fall a bit behind in current trends for that reason.
Also, if anyone else would like to write for this blog collaboratively, please drop me a comment with your contact details and we'll talk. It might be a way to make sure that there are regular posts made on the blog.
Any content that exists on this blog prior to this post is not mine, it does not belong to me and I have no affiliation to it other than the fact that I'm now writing in this domain. If I could take posts down, I would. But unfortunately, like other gripes I have at the moment, not fully owning a blog is one of these that I can't do anything about. Right. That's it for now.
