Harrison and Kevin

Harrison Ford and Kevin Costner.....are they good friends?
I'm just wondering if they have ever appeared in the same movie? They are pretty similar actors with Harrison having more of a tough guy image, largely due to his Indy role.
But I reckon, by and large...the majority of roles that Harrison has played, Kevin could play as well. Just look at the short list below and I think that they both could have played each others characters;
Harrison Ford
Indiana Jones
President James Marshall (Air Force One)
Jack Ryan (Clear & Present Danger)
Han Salo
Kevin Coster
Earl Brooks (Mr Brooks)
Ben Randall (The Guardian)
Frank Farmer (The Bodyguard)
Roy McAvoy (Tin Cup)
Robin Hood
